Suppliers can submit online queries on matters pertinent to payment issues and supplier set up information, i.e. bank account numbers and contact information.

Online support for Accounts Payable

In order to better serve your needs, we have implemented a new method to allow suppliers to interact with the payable's organization online. iSupplier Portal (iSP) - The iSupplier Portal tool enables you to view invoice status and payment details, and to send invoices electronically into your Accounts Payable system.

If you still need to contact Accounts Payable regarding change of address or additional payment inquiry, please submit a request online. .Accounts Payable Help Desk - In case of overdue invoice questions or issues you may contact the Accounts Payable help desk. Email and Phone calls will be responded to within 48 business hours.

Q: My invoice has an "on hold" status. What should I do about it?
Price
Unit price for any matched distribution on the invoice is more than the PO.
Validate Price Issues with Requestor* of PO. Contact information is found in the Purchase Order.
Qty Received
Quantity billed is more than quantity received.
Validate Quantity Issues with Requestor* of PO. Items or service may have not been receipted. Contact information is found in the Purchase Order.
Qty Ordered
Quantity billed is more than quantity ordered.
Validate Quantity Issues with Requestor* of PO. Contact information is found in the Purchase Order.
Manual
Invoice requires approval and coding from the requestor of the goods/services.
No Action Necessary. Requestor*/buyer needs to approve invoice.
Distribution Hold
Invoice not fully distributed - generally links in with the manual hold.
No Action Necessary. Requestor*/buyer needs to approve invoice.
Tax Variance
Invoice tax code value is not equal to the purchase order tax code.
No Action Necessary. NCR Voyix Accounts Payable team performs weekly validation and releases hold.
Miscellaneous
Invoice added with miscellaneous amount by supplier.
No Action Necessary. Requestor* of PO needs to approve these charges by contacting Accounts Payable or supplier
Freight
Invoice added with freight outside of PO by supplier.
No Action Necessary. Requestor* of PO needs to approve these charges by contacting Accounts Payable or supplier
Q: My invoice has an "on hold" status. What should I do about it?
A: The supplier bank account can be found within the payment remit to field within portal (see Portal training). If a supplier requires to view bank account and branch information i.e. swift or ABA number for example - the supplier must submit an online request.
Q: How do I get setup to receive payments electronically instead of a check?
A: Complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization form and fax it to the telephone number in the document header. Note: Currently, this payment method is not available at NCR Service Parts (Peachtree City).
Q: How can I obtain remittance details?
A: You can query it in iSupplier Portal or you can receive an e-mail containing the remittance details for the next time payments are made. To request iSupplier Portal access, please read instructions on how to register. To receive automated remittance details via e-mail for future payments, please complete the Payables Online Template stating what is being requested in the “Query/Issue/Update” section.
Q: How do I submit a details change, such as bank account or site address?
A: Populate all the necessary fields within Payables Online and add the relevant information within the ’Other’ section.
Q: How can I get NCR Voyix Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and W-9 form?
A: You may request this tax information by completing the Accounts Payable form.
