NCR FastLane SelfServ Checkout Enterprise Reporting is an affordable web-based reporting application that assists in analyzing sales, attendant interventions, attendant performance, customer throughput and item–level security information. The application works with data collected from the NCR FastLane SelfServ Checkout Systems versions 3.2E or higher to create enterprise reports for the corporate management team.
Enterprise data from one source
With a simple update to your existing store level servers, the application gathers data through an enterprise server. With NCR FastLane SelfServ Checkout Enterprise Reporting, you no longer need to pull individual reports from each store – everything for your chain is located on one server.
Access reports via the web
From the enterprise reporting website, you can securely download reports from stores in your service area on a daily basis. These dynamic, graphical reports can be exported to various formats including HTML, CSV, PDF, RTF and Excel. Additionally, reports can be delivered via email on a scheduled basis. Enterprise data is available virtually whenever and however you need it.
Reports are not limited to but include the following summaries: attendant assistance, interventions, sales, transactions, utilization, device errors, throughput, tender type, transaction order size, language selection, cash management, attendant intervention resolution by method, duration, and individual attendant, the top unknown items and weight mismatches by store.
