One of Latin America ’s leading carriers improves the passenger experience with mobile website and boarding pass solution from NCR
DULUTH , Ga. – Copa Airlines (NYSE: CPA) announced that it is making check-in faster and easier for its passengers with the launch of mobile check-in and boarding pass delivery from NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), the leading provider of self-service travel solutions.
Copa travellers can now visit m.copaair.com, a mobile-optimized site, to check flight status and timetables, as well as check in for their flight. An electronic boarding pass is then delivered to their mobile device, allowing them to bypass the check-in counter and proceed directly to security. NCR, which already provides self-service kiosks for Copa, is also integrating web check-in capability, so passengers who choose to check in on their PC can then receive a mobile boarding pass delivered to their handset.
