SelfServ 81 will enable customers to access account services and transactions typically found in a branch

NCR SelfServ 81 offers BankDhofar customers the ability to conduct 90 percent of teller-aided transactions conveniently and on their schedule, with a digital, self-service experience free from waiting in line in a bank branch.

NCR’s SelfServ 81 is powered by NCR’s SelfServ 81, NCR’s next-generation, mobile-ready ATM platform. In combination with NCR’s Activate software, the bank will now be able to integrate their self-service channel with the rest of their digital infrastructure.
