This morning, NCR announced that it has closed the transaction announced earlier this year with Cardtronics. You can read the press release on this transaction here.
We must continue to operate as independent companies until we obtain all necessary U.K. regulatory approvals and consents. We expect this to occur in the second half of 2021. I want to emphasize that nothing changes until we have received relevant regulatory consents to integrate with Cardtronics. Your NCR account manager will continue to be your main point of contact.
