Mike Hayford Recognized as One of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Most Admired CEOs

Surprised, no. Proud, yes. That’s how we feel about our CEO Mike Hayford being recognized as one of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2021 Most Admired CEOs. And put simply, Mike’s earned it.
Since Mike joined NCR VOYIX as CEO, he has shaped our vision, defined our NCR as a Service strategy, and established NCR’s 80/60/20 goals. Mike’s key priorities - take care of our customers, take care of our employees, and bring high quality products to market – have been instrumental in our significant increase in customer satisfaction.
In addition to being passionate about customer and employee success, Mike also cares about the communities we serve. In Georgia, he guided the NCR Foundation into investing $5 million into local education-based non-profits and partnered with universities like Georgia Tech to promote innovation. He also established a campaign to match employee donations to COVID relief programs in India, Brazil and the Philippines to name a few.
We could go on and on, but we know Mike would remind us of an important line that’s prominently placed on the 20th floor in our global headquarters —"Big ideas, small words and simple sentences.” So, we’ll end by congratulating Mike on this well-earned recognition and saying thank you!
