Will Glaser founded Grabango after watching rapid improvements in machine vision, cloud computing and high speed wireless connectivity. His inspiration was to end waiting in lines at stores and he noticed that giving people time back is a popular megatrend. A founding CTO and COO of streaming music service Pandora, Glaser designed Grabango to be a checkout-free technology service that fits easily into existing stores, preserves privacy and integrates with inventory control systems. Grabango is rapidly growing and it portends a very different future for grocery and convenience stores.
