Derek Belch

Derek Belch, a former Stanford football player, created Strivr with Stanford professor and noted virtual reality expert Jeremy Bailenson in 2014. Strivr today has dozens of customers across the hospitality, retail, and logistics and transportation industries.

Strivr started as a project to train quarterbacks for the Stanford football team and morphed into a company that provides a VR platform for enterprises to better train employees and simulate experiences to improve skill acquisition and reduce time to competency.
