Bill Bancroft is the Senior Vice President of Global Services Delivery for NCR Corporation, a leading software and services led enterprise provider in the financial, retail and hospitality industries.
In this senior management role, Bancroft leads an organization of approximately 13,000 service professionals across 60 countries. This team provides 24x7 service support for over 17.5M million installed base endpoints for customers in multiple industries including financial services, retail, travel, hospitality and telecom & technology.
NCR offers a broad portfolio of multivendor support and maintenance services, project management, as well as managed and predictive service solutions. These capabilities support increased operational efficiency and enable NCR customers to achieve the highest levels of availability and security for their consumer touchpoints.
Bancroft, who joined NCR in January 2016, is a highly experienced senior executive in global outsourcing and technology solutions with a strong focus on client satisfaction, service delivery optimization, revenue growth and profit achievement. His service career includes executive management positions in services and outsourcing service delivery with IBM, GE Capital, CSC, Unisys and CompuCom.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and completed an executive management program sponsored by IBM with Colgate University and advanced management courses with the Wharton School of Business.
