SVP & President, Hospitality

As Senior Vice President and President of the NCR Hospitality and Travel Division, Paul Langenbahn is responsible for the strategy, thought leadership, go to market, and innovation behind NCR’s hardware-enabled, software-driven solutions for global hospitality and travel markets. Prior to becoming Division President in 2014, Langenbahn served as Vice President, global sales, marketing, and services from 2011-2014.

Prior to joining NCR in 2011, Langenbahn had various leadership roles with progressing levels of responsibility in Sales, Professional Services, Solution Management and General Management at Radiant Systems, Inc. He was instrumental in the company’s growth from the startup phase when he joined in 1994, to an IPO in 1997, and the eventual sale of the company in 2011. Langenbahn had various leadership roles. Langenbahn provided critical leadership in the successful integration of several acquisitions at Radiant and helped to reshape the company to focus on the global Hospitality and SMB markets as key drivers of Radiant’s growth. Langenbahn’s final assignment at Radiant was as President, Hospitality Division, from 2007-2011, where he was responsible for more than 60% of the company’s revenues and profits.

Langenbahn and his family are passionate about the continent of Africa and specifically the plight of orphan children in the nation of Zambia. He also advises several Dallas area small businesses on how to drive profitable growth through a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and the strategic allocation of resources.
