Executive Vice President, Customer Success
Mithu Bhargava serves as the Executive Vice President, Customer Success. Mithu is a seasoned leader with extensive experience building and leading global, technical go-to-market organizations and businesses, with the ultimate goal of delivering a differentiated, best-in-class customer experience.
In her role, Mithu is responsible for the adoption and acceleration of NCR’s next generation cloud-based platforms across its Banking, Retail and Hospitality customers, as the company continues its transformation to an as-a-service model. Prior to her current role, Mithu served as NCR’s SVP and GM of Professional Services, where she drove the evolution of NCR’s implementation and advisory services business.
Over the course of her career, Mithu has held executive leadership positions across Dell, EMC and Akamai Technologies. She has extensive leadership experience across go-to-market and customer success functions including sales, professional services, technical presales, business operations, customer success, product development and customer experience.
Mithu serves on the board of C200 (www.c200.org), an invitation-only membership organization consisting of the world’s most successful female corporate executives and entrepreneurs. She also serves on the board of Girls Inc. of Worcester, MA and is on the Advisory Council for Women Business Collaborative (WBC). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master’s in Computer Networking from North Carolina State University, and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Business.
