Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer Personette is responsible for the strategic direction of NCR’s marketing, communications and external affairs, including brand and industry marketing, analyst and media relations, creative services, customer experiences and employer brand.
Since her arrival in 2014, Jennifer has played an integral role in evolving the marketing organization and enterprise brand to reflect NCR’s transformation to a software-led, as a Service company. This has included successfully overhauling and reimagining the digital customer and talent experience on NCR.com and building an integrated delivery function that supports NCR’s internal and external needs.
Prior to NCR, Jennifer owned and operated two different marketing agencies that worked with clients including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Kellogg’s and Coca-Cola. She is an 11-time ADDY Award winner, holds a bachelor of business administration from Georgia Southern University and an Innovation Management Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Her community involvement has included serving as a Vice President for the American Marketing Association, co-founder and steering committee member of the San Diego Museum of Art and Board Director and Marketing Chair for Home Start, a non-profit child abuse prevention and treatment agency.
