Bob Ciminera is EVP, Global Customer Services. In this role, Bob is leading the strategic services transformation at NCR, helping our customers respond to the disruptive changes in globalization, digitization, consumerism, and technology, presented by the connected economy in a world that never stops.
NCR Global Customer Services, which includes our Telecom & Technology business, is comprised of more than 20,000 professionals serving customers 24x7x365 in more than 180 countries around the world. Ciminera is responsible for all of NCR's global support services, including its outsourced and managed service offerings, as well as service delivery, service parts, supply chain logistics, sales, and enablement across NCR's target industries and markets.
Previously, Bob served as Executive Vice President of Hardware Product Operations for NCR, where he was responsible for the company's Financial, Retail and Hospitality hardware product portfolios, including engineering, product life cycle management, material supply chain, manufacturing, and customer fulfillment.
Mr. Ciminera has more than 30 years of experience in general management, supply chain, product management, and customer service with such companies as Avaya, Motorola, Symbol Technologies, Agere Systems (now Broadcom), and AT&T Consumer Products.
Mr. Ciminera holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
