Happy #SmallBusinessWeek! This time of year, we always visit our community of independently-owned small businesses to celebrate their successes. But this year, we’re going even bigger.
Go You! is our new campaign to celebrate the success of our customers all year long. From running a successful promotion to expanding with multiple locations and everything in between, it’s all about you! We believe in you, and we’re committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Small businesses truly are the pillars of our communities, and with more than 50 percent of our workforce either owning or working for one, it’s about time you’re honored for your contributions. With this campaign, we hope entrepreneurs around the world will feel the love and inspire others to #shopsmall not just this week but all year long.
Let’s kick it off with Longmont, Colorado’s Shoes & Brews – the “first ever running shop/craft beer bar combination.”
While attending college in 2009, co-owner Ashlee Velez was a fan of a local bike shop that doubled as a bar. Fast forward to today, she and her business partners have taken that concept to a new level: Selling running shoes alongside 20+ local craft brews.

When you buy coffee from your local café, purchase a present from a small gift shop or have a drink at your neighborhood dive bar, promote your favorite small businesses using the hashtag #SmallBusinessWeek – and we’ll do the same!

That’s because we want to make sure you never experience any downtime. But since the most complicated of questions often require phone assistance, we’ve upgraded Customer Care. Now when you phone our team, it’ll be managed by our new state-of-the-art phone system to reduce wait times and better redirect calls to get any issues resolved quicker.
AND…if there’s ever a wait time when you’re calling, don’t forget you can text, email or chat with us in the back office – it’s (often) faster…and a more effective way to share visuals!
You can also now look to our Trust website to keep you up to date, especially during an unexpected credit card processor outage or other emergencies.
