Fall 2018 was a busy season for our North American University Recruiting team
People are relational. They want to be remembered and known – and this is what we keep in mind during every University Recruitment event, whether it be on a college campus, an event at the NCR office or a lecture. For the past few years, we have been working to better interact with students – not just with the quantity of interactions, but the relatable and memorable interactions that show students the NCR brand is invested in their interests, careers and goals.
We have done this by improving engagement, developing better relationships and presenting relatable opportunities to the students. Gone are the days of going to a career fair, looking at resumes and leaving!
When we interact with students or our university partners, our goal is to connect with them for the long-term. We enjoyed meeting every single one of the 5,000 students across nine campuses during fall 2018 – and we look forward to continuing to build on these relationships!
