Information on the Adobe Flash End-of-Life

If experiencing issues related to Adobe End of Life, please contact NCR through your normal Software Support channel, or email

Adobe announced in 2017 the end of life for their Adobe Media Server at the end of 2020, and we’ve been taking active steps to mitigate this event.  This includes:

  • Updating our software to use newer, more stable and secure technologies for animations and video
  • Deploying patches and updates to remove the need for Adobe Flash
  • Working with customers to convert video and animations from Flash media formats

As the end of 2020 Adobe Flash EOL date nears, we are continuing to take proactive steps to ensure our banking customers are not impacted by this EOL
