Member Bios
James G. Kelly
James G. Kelly most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors at EVO Payments, Inc. (“EVO”) from May 2018 until EVO’s acquisition by Global Payments, Inc. (NYSE: GPN) in March 2023. Prior to EVO’s initial public offering in 2018, he also served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of EVO Payments International from 2012 to 2018. EVO was a leading payment technology and services provider, which offered an array of innovative, reliable and secure payment solutions to merchants ranging from small and mid-size enterprises to multinational companies and organizations across the globe.
Before joining EVO, Jim held several leadership roles at Global Payments, Inc. from 2001 to 2010, including president and Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2010 and senior executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2005. Prior to joining Global Payments, he spent 10 years at Alvarez & Marsal, a leading global professional services firm that provides advisory, business performance improvement and turnaround management services.
Jim currently serves on the advisory boards of Madison Dearborn Partners, Broad Sky Partners and New Mountain Capital and is a member of the board of directors of MoneyGram International Inc. and Great Gray Trust Company. He also serves on the National Commercial Fishing Safety Advisory Committee (NCFSAC) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
David Wilkinson
David Wilkinson is the CEO of NCR Voyix.
David is responsible for creating and executing our overall vision and strategy for retail, restaurants and digital banking. He is focused on helping NCR Voyix customers navigate, unify and run their technology ecosystems. The company is investing in our customers’ success by leveraging a platform-based, software as a service (SaaS) model, coupled with world-class services and support, to run their entire operations, accelerating digital transformations, increasing efficiency and delivering a consistent consumer experience.
David brings deep experience in our business, proven leadership through the development of his own teams, and an exceptional amount of care for our customers, employees and communities. His energy and passion, coupled with a strong customer focus, have created a foundation for success.
Prior to his current role, David spent the past 12 years in various roles at NCR, most recently leading the global Retail team. During his tenure, he held various positions, from leading the Global Retail Sales organization to running the cloud POS start-up within NCR, leading the Emerging Industries team to focusing on NCR’s channel business.
With nearly 30 years of experience, David has helped many IT and telecom companies expand beyond their traditional business models. He has a proven track record of growing existing business models as well as innovating new ones to fill strategic gaps and accelerate profitability. Prior to joining NCR, David held various leadership positions at leading IT and telecom firms including Avaya, Nortel and Verizon.
In addition to his current duties, David is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the NCR Foundation, is a board member for Junior Achievement of Georgia and serves on the board of directors of the National Retail Federation (NRF).
David has a business administration degree in finance and marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. David currently resides in Milton, Georgia, with his wife and daughter.
Gregory Blank
Gregory Blank is a senior managing director of The Blackstone Group, Inc. (“Blackstone”), an American multi-national private equity, alternative asset management and financial services firm based in New York, where he focuses on investments in the digital infrastructure sector.
Since joining Blackstone in 2009, Greg has been involved in the execution of many of Blackstone’s investments, including most recently in QTS Realty Trust, Signature Aviation, Kronos, NCR, Blue Yonder, Paysafe, Ipreo, Optiv, Phoenix Tower International and Hotwire Communications.
He previously served as a director of Kronos, Travelport Worldwide Limited (“Travelport”), Ipreo, Optiv and The Weather Company.
Greg is a member of the board of directors of QTS Realty Trust, Signature Aviation, Phoenix Tower International and Hotwire Communications. He became a director of NCR Corporation on December 4, 2015.
Catherine L. Burke
Catherine “Katie” Burke is the founder and principal of Fall Creek Advisors where she serves as a counselor in pivotal moments to a wide range of notable leaders.
Katie was previously the vice chairman of DJE Holdings – the parent company of consulting firms Edelman, ZENO, Edelman Global Advisory, Edelman Smithfield, Revere, Salutem and Edible - and currently serves as a senior advisor to the firm. She held a number of roles at the firm during her 15 years there including Chief Corporate Strategy Officer, global chairman of public affairs, global president of practices and sectors, and executive vice president of corporate and public affairs.
She served as chairman of the governance committee and was a member of the compensation committee on the board of directors of Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE: BKI) through the successful acquisition of the company by Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (ICE) in September 2023.Katie is a member of the advisory board of Vinesight, an AI technology company that detects and mitigates disinformation for a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors and serves as a mentor for McKinsey’s Advancing Women Executives initiative. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and a member of Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB).
She previously served as executive vice president at Nielsen, the global measurement and data analytics company, where she was a member of the global executive committee.
Katie has an MSc from the London School of Economics in public policy and administration and a BA from Skidmore College in government. She also holds a certificate in financial accounting from Harvard Business School online. She lives in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she is a member of the board of the Jackson Hole Community School.
Janet Haugen
Janet Haugen is the former senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Unisys (NYSE: UIS), a global information technology company that builds high-performance, security-centric solutions for the most demanding businesses and governments. She served in this role from 2000 to 2016.
Janet joined Unisys in 1996 and held several leadership positions. In addition to her Chief Financial Officer position, she served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Unisys from December 2014 to January 2015. From 1996 to 2000, she served as vice president and controller of the company.
Prior to her time with Unisys, she was a partner at Ernst & Young, working with Fortune 500 clients with a specialization in the IT, communications and entertainment industries. While at Ernst & Young, she also played a key role in driving diversity initiatives and hiring efforts as a member of the firm’s National Diversity Task Force.
Janet currently serves on the board of directors and is audit committee chair of Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE: JNPR), a provider of high-performance networking and cybersecurity solutions to service providers, enterprise companies and public sector organizations. She also serves on the board of directors of Bentley Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSY) as lead independent director and chair of the sustainability committee (Compensation, Nomination and Governance Committee). She previously served on the board of Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC), an American online payroll and human resource technology provider, and on the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of SunGard Data Systems Inc (formerly NYSE: SDS), a software and services company, from 2002 to 2005.
She received her bachelor of arts in economics from Rutgers University.
Georgette D. Kiser
Georgette D. Kiser is an independent advisor who helps lead due diligence and technical strategies across various private equity and venture capital firms. Since May 2019, she has served as an operating executive at The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”), an American multinational private equity, alternative asset management and financial services corporation.
From January 2015 to May 2019, Georgette served as a managing director and the Chief Information Officer for Carlyle. From 1996 to 2015, she served as vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. (“T. Rowe Price”), an American publicly owned global asset management firm that offers funds, advisory services, account management and retirement plans for individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.
Prior to T. Rowe Price, she worked for General Electric Company (“GE”) within its Aerospace Unit.
Georgette is a member of the board of directors of Aflac Incorporated, Adtalem Global Education Inc., and Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
She became a director of NCR Corporation on February 7, 2020.
Kirk T. Larsen
Kirk T. Larsen is the former president and Chief Financial Officer of Black Knight, Inc. (“Black Knight”), a provider of software, data and analytics to the mortgage and consumer loan, real estate and capital markets verticals, a position he held from May 2022 through the successful acquisition of the company by Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (ICE) in September 2023.
From January 2014 to May 2022, he was executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Black Knight. From January 2014 to April 2015 also served as the executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of ServiceLink, a national provider of loan transaction services to the mortgage industry.
From July 2013 to December 2013, Kirk served as corporate executive vice president, finance and treasurer, and from October 2009 to July 2013, served as senior vice president and treasurer of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (“FIS”), a financial services technology company.
Prior to FIS, he held finance and accounting roles at Metavante Corporation, Rockwell Automation, Inc. and Ernst & Young LLP.
Kirk became a director of NCR Corporation in September 2019.
Laura Miller
Laura Miller has served as executive vice president and Chief Information Officer of Macy’s since 2021. As CIO of Macy’s, her responsibilities include strategy, execution, operations, enterprise data and analytics and cybersecurity for three brands in more than 650 locations. In her role in the executive leadership team, she helps to define Macy’s overall strategy and roadmap to be a digitally-lead omnichannel retailer. A recent success is the launch of a digital marketplace that enables external merchants to sell through Macy’s digital channels, driving market share and revenue growth. Laura is also partnering to modernize and expand Macy’s supply chain with the use of robotics to increase overall productivity, reduce costs and improve customer shipping times while leading a “data-first” transformation which includes the implementation of several AI/ML solutions improving inventory and sales forecasting, labor utilization, customer personalization initiatives and dynamic pricing.
Previously, she served as global CIO of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) with full stack technology responsibilities for more than 5,900 hotels in more than 100 countries where she helped to increase the number of hotel rooms in the franchise by 18%, increased digital revenue by 24%, overall revenue by 23%, added six new brands to the portfolio and integrated several new major partners. A portion of the digital revenue increases were due to the expansion of digital technology in China including the launch of IHG.cn with WeChatPay and AliPay and the launch of the IHG WeChat mini program. Her focus on product innovation was also evident in her ideation of IHG’s new hotel operator platform (IHG Concerto®) that integrated workflow and data to improve overall guest service and hotel operations.
Prior to joining IHG in 2014, she spent almost six years at First Data and led several transformational initiatives to rearchitect the global business model to deliver operational and financial improvements. Prior to that, she was with TD Ameritrade from 2001 to 2008, where she oversaw software testing, software configuration management, performance and capacity testing and metrics.
Laura also previously held technology leadership roles at Housing Opportunities Commission, Wolpoff & Abramson and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She started her career as operations manager at British Aerospace.
She has earned significant recognition throughout her career, most recently as the Super Global Georgia CIO of the Year awarded by ORBIE. She has spoken at several conferences and has been interviewed for many publications.
She was a board member of EVO Payments (formerly NASDAQ: EVOP) until Evo’s acquisition by Global Payments, which was completed in March 2023. She also previously served on the Board of LGI Homes, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGIH.)
Laura earned her master of science in computer systems management from the University of Maryland and received her bachelor of science in information systems management from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Kevin Reddy
Kevin Reddy currently serves as a board member for a carefully chosen portfolio of public and private companies. Additionally, he serves as a senior advisor to distinguished investment funds. As an experienced executive, he has a track record of successfully opening more than 1,000 restaurants while building multiple brands within the restaurant industry.
Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer of Noodles & Co (NASDAQ: NDLS) from 2007 to 2016. He became a member of its board of directors in 2006 and served as chairman of the board from 2008 to 2016. He joined Noodles & Co as president and Chief Operating Officer in April 2005, continuing to serve as president until May of 2007. Under his leadership, Noodles & Co held a successful initial public offering in 2013. Noodles & Co is an American fast-casual restaurant that offers international and American noodle dishes in addition to soups and salads. The company grew to more than 450 restaurants and in excess of 10,000 team members during his tenure.
Prior to joining Noodles & Co, Kevin was Chipotle Mexican Grill's Chief Operating Officer and restaurant support officer. He was the company's first hire when it had just 13 locations in one major market after McDonald's purchased a majority stake in 1998. He was instrumental in designing and building the infrastructure, team and culture to propel Chipotle to 420 restaurants in 22 states in just seven years.
Kevin began his professional career with McDonald's in 1983, where he began as regional controller and moved into positions of increasing responsibility, including domestic field management, international staff management and home office operations positions. While at McDonald's, he gained significant experience in company and franchise operations, and other critical disciplines including real estate, marketing and finance. Ultimately, was a senior regional manager responsible for more than 310 restaurants representing more than $420 million in sales.
Throughout his professional journey, he has garnered numerous accolades and noteworthy recognition within the industry. A sample of his achievements include being featured in the National Restaurant News Builders List, named among the Top 10 Executives to Watch and honored as a Golden Chain Award Winner. Additionally, he has been recognized as Restaurant Finance Monitor's All Star CEO and Entrepreneur of the Year by Restaurant Business Magazine. Kevin was featured as one of the top 101 most impressive and successful CEOs in the food and beverage sector from BEST STARTUP US. He was awarded the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, Mountain West region honoring the ambitious entrepreneurs building a more equitable, sustainable and prosperous world for all.
He earned his bachelor of science in accounting from Duquesne University.
Laura J. Sen
Laura J. Sen most recently served as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors of BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. (“BJ’s”), a membership-only warehouse chain, from January 2016 to April 2018, and was Chief Executive Officer of BJ’s from 2009 to 2016. She served as BJ’s Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2009, and served as BJ’s executive vice president of merchandising and logistics from 2007 to 2008. From 2003 to 2006, Laura was the principal of Sen Retail Consulting, advising companies in the retail sector in the areas of merchandising and logistics.
Laura is a member of the board of directors of Burlington Stores, Inc., where she serves on the audit committee. She is also a member of the board of directors of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, a privately held company, and previously served as a director of EMC Corporation, rue21, inc., Abington Savings Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
Laura became a director of NCR Corporation on May 2, 2022.
