Advanced Post Configuration Tools

 

NCR Advanced Post provides the means to achieve cost savings by allowing data to drive all elements of the solution, using customization features that minimize the need for code changes requiring the assistance of NCR.

The NCR Advanced Post Configurator provides a set of software tools that allow Advanced Post customers to customize and configure the system to meet their needs.  The Configurator includes a Web-based tool that allows the customer to modify much of the key underlying data and business rules that drive the system, including: employee roles, location information, mail products, parameters, payment card information, products, promotions, refunds, screen designs and tender rules.

Advanced Post's configuration tools also include a real-time editor that allows for context sensitive help and other user messages to be added, modified or removed directly as they appear to the end user. Furthermore, the NCR Advanced Post Software Development Kit (SDK) will allow postal entities to develop their own extensions to the core Advanced Post software product.
