WebView for Inquiry

Webview is a powerful web-based application to search your document imaging and scanning. The browser allows customers and bank personnel alike to launch queries and view the result of those queries. And because it is web-based, the maintenance, software distribution and training are minimized.

WebView uses the base ImageMark Archive Interaction Services (AIS) to retrieve items from the archive. ImageMark AIS is a high-speed retrieval interface that provides a wide range of services and is ideal for bulk requests. It uses XML request and response and provides the required security, administration and batch retrieval functionality. It allows you to integrate your archive into your other banking applications.

WebView is the base platform for other enhanced applications such as ImageMark WebView for DecisionPay and ImageMark WebView Signature Cards. Both applications are scaled to their specific target market. ImageMark WebView for DecisionPay is a Web-based exceptions application that allows banks to process any type of exception in a workflow application. Exception items can be presented for payment authorization both internally to the bank and externally to commercial customer in a browser.

With ImageMark WebView Signature Cards, you can query to view signatures and update fields to record signature verification status/decision. Operators can examine the signature on captured items and compare against imaged signature cards thus image-enabling your manual verification process. Checks can be linked to signatures for decisioning (pay/no-pay) allowing the review of multiple items. This complements the ImageMark NCompass Outward Returns module for signature verification further image enabling your day 2 processes.
