NCR TCR Assistant for APTRA Vision Datasheet

Intelligent remote management software for your TCRs

NCR TCR Assistant for APTRA Vision gives you the power to centrally manage and monitor your NCR TCRs. TCR Assistant takes the status alerts from the TCR and provides information at both a local level to the teller and to the central management system. TCR Assistant has been integrated with NCR’s market-leading atm management software solutions – APTRA Vision and Gasper Vantage™. And because TCR Assistant is a standards-based atm management software solution it can be easily integrated with other central management systems.

Remote TCR monitoring

When incidents occur at the TCR, TCR Assistant tracks these from start to finish, with built-in reporting capabilities so metrics like service response times and resolution time can be easily measured. Trouble tickets are created automatically, making service dispatch faster and enhanced information is provided to customer engineers, ensuring they have as much information as possible to fix the fault first time.

Centralized incident reporting

TCR Assistant provides a deeper level of information on the incidents that are occurring on the network and their nature. This centralized view can make it easier to identify particular problems, for example if there is a branch where tellers are frequently clearing jams in the top-plate then perhaps further staff training is required. Analysis of the network through remote monitoring makes it easier to identify recurring hardware issues or problems with poor quality notes and resolve them more quickly.

One view of your self-service network

TCR Assistant is integrated with APTRA Vision and Gasper Vantage, NCR’s market-leading management tools. And because TCR Assistant is a standards-based solution it can be easily connected with other central management systems. This gives the capability to monitor and manage your NCR TCRs alongside your other branch devices, providing you with a holistic management approach for your entire network of self-service and assisted-service terminals.
