The NCR Make Reservation and Ticketing module adds another layer of on-demand self-service kiosk travel convenience by allowing passengers to create a new reservation or change an existing one right at the airport kiosk. Available as a stand-alone product or as an add-on to the NCR Kiosk Check-in Application, NCR Make Reservation and Ticketing helps your airline provide the broadest range of flexibility and convenience to your on-the-go passengers.

• Help your customers save time
  Passengers who need to book a reservation at the airport can choose outbound and return flights, select a seat, add or update a mileage number, pay for the ticket and check in for their flight or opt to hold the reservation. Those traveling in a large party can even use the module to make a reservation for up to eight people in one record.
• Facilitate last-minute changes
  Passengers who have planned their trip in advance but need to make final changes can re-enter their reservation to change seats, add mileage or pay for the ticket.
• Create a seamless check-in experience
  Once passengers have completed their reservation and paid for their ticket, they can check in directly for their flight via the NCR Check-in Kiosk Application. No additional sign-in steps are required.
• Simplify report generation
  Automate the data collection process on kiosk usage via the integrated Basic Stats Collector tool to ensure you obtain accurate statistical information every time.
