Every NCR compatible cartridge is tested prior to leaving the facilities, which results in outstanding quality. NCR cartridges are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 certification standards.

Quality Assurance is established by following these standards and procedures, along with continuous inspection throughout all phases of production. We are consistently evaluating the OEM and other competitor’s cartridges to benchmark our quality.

Accreditation
ISO 9001 Certified Quality Management System is an international standard that defines models of Quality Systems and policies. Our Quality Policy complies consistently with our customers’ expectations and specifications requirements. Employees are made aware of the company policy through quality audits, quality assurance procedures and employee training.

STMC Certification
Scientifically conducted Standardized Testing that judge’s quality and product improvements in an unbiased and scientific manner. This is a method utilized to prove our cartridges perform as we say they do, and that the yield and quality meet or exceed that of the OEM.

The Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) sets the standards for testing our cartridges against the OEM. Tests include page yield, density and packaging.

Warranty
For a period of one year from the purchase of any product from NCR, we guarantee that under normal use and storage conditions, your product will perform to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product, please call your NCR representative so that we may work to resolve the problem right away.
