What APTRA Vision does

The architecture of NCR APTRA Vision is designed to address almost any type of consumer-facing, assisted- or self-service device, so it is much more than a hardware management tool. Software agents, equipped to deal with a wide variety of devices and network infrastructures, are used to capture and transport device information to a server. The flexibility of these agents reflects the reality of complex consumerfacing networks. Meanwhile, at the server side of the system, additional information can be imported from almost any corporate data source. Integration and analytics capability in the NCR APTRA Vision server is then used to correlate all of this information for display and reporting.
