Once passengers have checked in via their mobile device, NCR mobi-pass sends a digitally signed and encrypted 2D, IATA-compliant barcode, compatible with current imager-based airport scanners and boarding gate readers, to their mobile device in the form of a SMS web link, email web link or MMS.
