One of Interbank Peru’s primary goals is to provide world-leading and innovative banking solutions to its loyal and ever-increasing customer base.
To achieve this, it was looking for a cash dispense ATM to expand its network as simply, quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. Ease of integration and a low total cost of ownership were therefore essential.
With over 70% of Interbank’s ATM network being situated off-premise in locations as varied as supermarkets and gas stations, square footage was at a premium, so the footprint that any proposed ATM would take up was seen as a deciding factor.
The design of the ATM was also crucial: to maximize visibility in off-premise locations and to attract as many customers as possible, while delivering clear, concise on-screen graphics.
Ease of use for customers was a fundamental requirement. With over 80% of all transactions being carried out across its ATM network away from the branch, the Bank wanted to ensure that its customers had the same ATM features available to them together with a design that would prove intuitive and user-friendly.
Reliability, security and availability were vital too. Interbank strived not only to maintain the high standards it was already offering across its network, but also to further its reputation as one of Peru’s leading banks—aiding brand loyalty and ensuring it stands out from its competitors by delivering the most state-of-the-art and market-leading technology.
