Miami Beach resort introduces self-service solution for hotel, airline check-in

DULUTH, Georgia – The Grand Beach Hotel, an all-suites luxury property known for delivering the ultimate in guest convenience, is making it faster and easier for guests to check in and out with a self-service solution from NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR).

The NCR Hotel kiosk solution allows guests to locate and modify reservations, obtain room keys and print their reservation cards with room assignments in less then 90 seconds. Upon check-out, guests at the Grand Beach Hotel can print final folios, plus save additional time by checking in for flights and printing boarding passes at the kiosk before leaving the property.
