Multifunctional ATM enables new NCR customer to expand network and increase member reach
DULUTH, Georgia – NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) announces a new customer agreement with Erie Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Erie, Pa., to deploy the NCR EasyPoint 3800 ATMs across the credit union’s market area.
Branded ‘Fast Branch Kiosk’, by Erie Federal Credit Union, NCR EasyPoint™ 3800 is a multifunctional ATM, combining transaction, security and marketing-related applications in one unit, while offering customers a full range of transaction services, including deposits by check (without envelopes or deposit slips), withdrawals by check, loan payments and advances.
Deployment of the technology enables Erie Federal Credit Union to enhance its service footprint without a need to open new branch locations. It also provides more members with a convenient way to access their accounts and perform transactions, while avoiding long teller lines. The Fast Branch Kiosk is also allowing Erie Federal Credit Union to increase its overall transactions.

In addition to NCR’s EasyPoint 3800, the credit union has deployed NCR’s SelfServ™ 34, an exterior through-the-wall ATM, specifically designed for high-transaction usage. NCR SelfServ 34 dispenses cash and accepts cash and check deposits, while also offering bill payment, fund transfer, mobile phone top-up and mini-statements.
