Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) is one of the most successful commercial banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and serves domestic and international customers from 3 main offices and 103 branches (80 full-fledged branches, 18 ladies sections, 5 self-service FransiConnections) located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. BSF is a Saudi Arabian Joint Stock Company established by Royal Decree No. M/23 in June 1977. The bank is affiliated with Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, which holds an equity interest of 31.1%. Crédit Agricole CIB, a fully-fledged member of the Crédit Agricole Group, is the second largest bank in France and seventh amongst banks of the Euroland by total equity.
