The Customer

ABNB Federal Credit Union is a $360-million-in-asset credit union located in Chesapeake, Virginia. Formerly chartered as a Navy and Civil Service credit union, it now operates under a community charter covering South Hampton Roads, Virginia, and Currituck County in North Carolina. ABNB is a non-profit financial institution with over 49,000 members. It currently operates 15 branches and a network of 25 NCR ATMs located at branches and service centers. ABNB has ambitions to expand its coverage in the area. It has embraced automation and is focused on attracting new members by providing the highest levels of customer service. It is one of the first credit unions in the area to adopt Intelligent Deposit at the ATM.
