Continuing Education
As set forth in the Corporate Governance Guidelines adopted by the Board of Directors, the Board believes it is appropriate for Directors, at the discretion of NCR, to have access to educational programs related to their duties as Directors on an ongoing basis to enable them to better perform their duties and to recognize and deal appropriately with issues that arise.
