Qualifications for Independent Service Organizations
In order for an Independent Service Organization (ISO) to become a Service Partner, the list of requirements below must be met by the organization as a whole as well as by the individual technicians: 

  • Internet capability
  • Email accessibility
  • Well-defined escalation process for dispatch and service related issues
  • A methodology to bill for service activity by NCR work order number
  • 3 references of prior work experience
  • A+ certification of techs (or equivalent) or minimum of 3 years experience
  • Compliance with NCR on-site professionalism standards
  • Ability to attend all mandatory web seminars
  • Proof of Liability Insurance
  • Compliance with the NCR Authorized Service Partner contract
  • Compliance with Non-Compete/Solicitation agreement
  • Technician(s) with adequate transportation and valid driver license(s)

Qualifications for Regional Organizations (Must have all ISO requirements) 

  • Sufficient staffing coverage to accommodate NCR’s clients' hardware maintenance needs with regards to the geographic markets, site-operational hours, and hardware stocking arrangements
  • 7x24x4 Coverage capabilities
  • Established and documented methodology for sourcing NCR-qualified technicians

Qualifications for Preferred Contractor Status (Must have all ISO requirements)

  • Ability to handle electronic dispatches and updates on an approved mobile device
  • Average Part Return Time of < 10 Days
  • Average CSAT Score of 8+
