The NCR Interact Global Partner Program is based on sales specializations which require sales, marketing and industry competency demonstrated through certification attained within specific solution areas and grants the right to sell solutions and NCR Services (Hardware and Software Services) within that category or vertical. The partner must have proven industry expertise leading engagements in key industry segments.

- Retail Store Automation
- Converged Channel/ Marketing Solutions (future)
The program offers three levels of Solution Provider all based on core competences, sales/IT staffing levels, completion of technology certifications and investments in (test lab facilities, training, certification, and demonstration equipment).
Program Level Requirements:
Premier Solution Provider
- Deep domain expertise and full breadth of sales/pre-sales, implementation, deployment, and a help desk with incident tracking capability
- A minimum of two (2) sales specializations
- The ability to sell NCR services to their customers or may deliver their own services by becoming service specialized
Advanced Solution Provider
- Domain expertise, sales, presales, implementation/deployment & help desk
- One (1) sales specialization
- The ability to sell NCR services to their customers or may deliver their own services by becoming service specialized
Authorized Solution Provider
- Entry level of product complexity - limited NCR product access / other low complexity products (no specialization is required, only minimal requirements and training but offers a number of basic benefits to help partners get off to a successful start).
- Authorized Solution Providers are fully supported by Distributors with pricing, product access, sales & marketing, pre-sales, technical support, etc.
- Can sell some of the NCR delivered service options.
