NCR Interact Global Partner Program Overview

 

Participating and advancing through the program is based upon a competency and expertise model that offers partners the opportunity to become specialized in sales and service areas that align with their business model and NCR’s customer solution segments. Specialization is attained through demonstrating competency through our certification track and domain expertise. The program model is designed to provide partners with access to benefits that enable them to differentiate their business and deliver greater value to their customers. The program rewards partners’ investment and performance with increased benefits at each level.

The three levels of the program are: 

  • Authorized: Entry level of program with limited NCR product access. No specialization required and minimal training. 
  • Advanced: Domain expertise, industry experience, sales, presales, implementation, deployment and help desk support. Must be certified in at least one NCR sales specialization within their market segment. 
  • Premier: Deep domain expertise, solid industry foundation and full breadth of sales, presales, implementation, deployment and help desk support. Must be certified in at least two NCR sales specializations within their market segment. 

Sales Specializations require sales, marketing and industry competency demonstrated through NCR sales certification within a solution segment and grants the right to sell NCR solutions within the specialization. Domain expertise includes experience and expertise in sales methodology, customer case studies or testimonials, proven industry leadership, approved business plan and demonstration capabilities.
